Understanding the layers of women's identity feels like this ongoing conversation. It's this back-and-forth between what society expects, what we've experienced, and how we express ourselves. It's a whole mix of culture, tradition, and how we see things changing. Her name is Seareen, a spirited soul hailing from the mountains of Lebanon's Bekka’a region. With wings to soar freely, she traverses boundaries, challenging norms, and defying restrictions at every turn.
The Phobia series was born during an artist residency at Beirut Art Residency (BAR) - Beirut, Lebanon.
